Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment or download for a full refund of the billed amount. Unopened products may be returned for a full refund minus shipping charges within a 30-day period. Opened products are non refundable and are subject to exchange if the disc is defective. Downloaded products are not refundable, aside from being subject to our 125% guarantee (see below).

CreditBooster PRO 125% Guarantee
To qualify for the 125% guarantee, the product must be actively used for at least 90 days. If after 90 days from the purchase date you are unable to improve your at least one of your credit scores by at least 50 points, you may return the CD within 10 days and we will issue you a refund for 100% of the purchase price. The remaining 25% will be provided as a check or gift card and may take up to 6-8 weeks to process. The 125% guarantee is honored at our discretion, and may not be redeemed more than once per household. We reserve the right to decline this guarantee if we suspect attempted abuse of our policy, or for any other reason that suggests the program was not actively followed within the 90 day period. We may require that users complete a series of questions to validate their utilization of the CreditBooster PRO program. The 125% guarantee only applies to purchases made directly through our website or via telephone.

Customer Contact Information
You will be required to provide your contact information to place an order, which includes your name, e-mail address, telephone number and street address. This information is used to provide you with important holoMaXx technologies services such as automated software downloads. Access to your purchased download is provided via a unique "download key", which will never expire.

Ordering Process
Most of the information collected in the registration process will be used to complete orders automatically. During the order process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date, money order, wire transfer or check information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order, it is then discarded and not retained within our databases. We may use the contact information you supply to get in touch with you if there is a problem with your order. To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. All information submitted on the order form is available to the payment processor soley for the purpose of securely processing payments, and if necessary, for resolving billing disputes. Customers are encouraged to contact holoMaXx technologies directly with regards to any billing disputes.

holoMaXx technologies DOES NOT retain your financial data after an order has been submitted. This includes all credit card related information. Your name, address and email are retained in order for us to provide you with the service you requested.

We may frame or mask another web site so that the look, feel and interface simulate the experience of browsing a genuine holoMaXx technologies web page. Extreme care and discretion is exercised when evaluating third party sites. We only brand third party sites if their organization applies stringent security and privacy practices which parallel our own commitment to safe online shopping.

As our business continues to evolve, we may acquire or sell business units or subsidiaries. Customer information is one of the business assets that would be transferred in these types of transactions. holoMaXx technologies does not sell products for purchase by children on this website. Youth-oriented products are sold for purchase by adults only. The servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secured environment, inside a secured and locked room. All backups are stored and locked in a high-level security room. Only personnel with proper security clearance have access to these restricted areas. Tape backups are not permitted to leave the premises without prior authorization.

All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, in addition to any time a new policy is added, holoMaXx technologies employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we of privacy and what they can do to ensure that customers' information remains protected at all times.
